Help with Praxima Compass for iOS and the web

Account & sign-in

You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. On the web, you can also use a magic link — enter your email and we send you a one-time sign-in link.

If you are having trouble signing in, make sure you are using the same method and email address you used when you created your account. If you still cannot get in, email us and we will help.

Deleting your account

In the iOS app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@praxima.art.

Reporting a problem

If something is not working as expected, please email contact@praxima.art with a description of what happened, what you expected, and (if possible) a screenshot. Include the device and iOS version you are using.
