Rainrain Gallery
Founded by Rain Lu, RAINRAIN was formerly known as L-Art Gallery. From 2011 to 2017, the gallery worked closely with emerging and mid-career artists, amplifying artistic voices across Asia and introducing a new generation of artists to broader audiences. Following its founder to New York, RAINRAIN rebranded and relaunched in 2022 with a series of online projects, before opening its physical space in Downtown Manhattan in fall 2023. Driven by a deep commitment to artists, RAINRAIN continues to develop compelling exhibitions and programs that reflect the complexities, imaginations, and possibilities of our time. With a strong focus on diasporic experiences and cross-cultural dialogue, the gallery fosters a welcoming community, all connected by a shared passion for art.
